As parents, we all want the same thing – to keep our children and families safe and healthy. The vast majority of parents choose to vaccinate their babies, but we don’t talk about it – we want to change that.
The #LetsTalkAboutVaxBaby campaign celebrates the choice to vaccinate while pushing for vaccine access for all.
Vaccination access is still a major problem, with vaccination rates among uninsured families dropping since before the COVID pandemic, while rates have stayed stable in those with private insurance. And where vaccination rates fall, diseases rise – we’ve seen surges in measles cases and polio in unvaccinated individuals in the years since COVID-19 emerged.
Our message is simple: we vaccinate our families, and we think everyone who wants to vaccinate their kids should be able to.
